Course Memo
This course introduces the student to basic nursing concepts, health promotion, and the nursing process. Basic human needs and safety in patient care are introduced. The course has a lab/clinical component for students to build a foundation of nursing psychomotor skills. (A grade of “A” or “B” is required to pass this course) Prerequisite: Satisfactory completion of required general education courses.Course Section Description
